Our Advanced Holistic Counselling Course Provides you with a Comprehensive and Professional Qualification:
TRIPLE QUALIFICATION
This course will give you the following qualification:
– Advanced Practitioner of Holistic Counselling
– Certified Holistic Coach
– Meditation & Mindfulness Practitioner
Throughout the course, you will gain extensive knowledge of mental well-being. Upon completion, you can offer your Holistic Counselling services to groups and coach individuals one-on-one. Once graduated, you will be able to teach, coach and work as a professional Holistic Coach AND Meditation & Mindfulness Practitioner.
This is a professional qualification. Join The International Energetic Healing Association (IEHA) and The International Society of Holistic Counsellors & Coaches (ISHCC) upon graduation. You will also be qualified to obtain professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Many of our graduates open up their own private practise after completing this course either helping people in their community or working globally online. However, you may also seek employment in places looking to employ holistic well-being practitioners and stress management consultants.

COURSE STRUCTURE
TOTAL COURSE DURATION:
FULL COURSE (Includes Stage 1, Practitioner of Holistic Counselling + Advanced Practitioner Modules): Approximately 18 – 24 months.
ADVANCED PRACTITIONER UPGRADE ONLY: Approximately 6 months.

You will begin your journey by completing Stage 1*, The Practitioner of Holistic Counselling Course. This section will take you about 12 months.

STAGE 2: Advanced Practitioner of Holistic Counselling
Once you have completed Stage 1, we move into our advanced level. The Advanced Practitioner Stage includes eight modules plus final project. Let’s take a closer look:
PART 1 – Inner Child Work: Introduction to Inner Child Work for Holistic Counsellors
In this module, we explore the significance of inner child work in holistic counselling. We cover core principles and how inner child dynamics impact client behaviour and emotions. Recognising the influence of the inner child in client narratives is highlighted, along with understanding how past experiences shape present challenges. We address root causes of emotional struggles and introduce the “Inner Children Coaching Deck” as a tool. The module also discusses integrating coaching cards into sessions and differentiating between Inner Child and Inner Children perspectives.

Recent research highlights the potential of integrating positive art to help individuals and communities move beyond merely seeking the relief of suffering into a flourishing state. Here we look at how to use the principles of positive psychology as a basis for expressive art. We will explore strength-based approaches and how to use the PERMA to increase meaning, well-being and positive emotion.

PART 6 – Holistic Expressive Arts: Art for Existential Contemplation
During this module, we will look deeper into how to use expressive Arts to explore our spirituality and The Sacred. We will investigate the four levels of connection and look at how we can help clients gain insight through abstract expressive art.

PART 7 – Holistic Expressive Arts: Collage As A Therapeutic Tool
Using collage can be a structured yet playful way of expressing ourselves. Here we will explore the many ways to use collage for expressive arts. We will look at using collage to integrate isolated parts of our existence. We will also look at how to create vision boards and work with the past, present and future aspects of ourselves with this expressive art form.

PART 8 – Holistic Expressive Arts: Working With Emotions
Learn powerful tools to work with emotions! Learn how to create emotion wheels, mind maps and how to work with self-portraits. You will also be prompted to create installations and/or artwork in nature and learn the benefits of using nature in facilitating expressive art.

PART 9 – Workshop Project.
Culminate your learning with a transformative 2-hour workshop project!
As a final assignment, you will put your knowledge to the forefront and design and facilitate a workshop integrating inner child work and expressive arts therapy.
At the completion of your workshop, you will be asked to reflect on your experience and insights gained, showcasing your growth as an advanced practitioner.
