COURSE OUTCOME
This Course Provides the Student with a Comprehensive and Professional Qualification:
This course qualifies you to teach, coach and work as a professional meditation & mindfulness practitioner. You will also have an opportunity to offer your services to the corporate sector or in your community, teaching mindfulness and meditation skills for general well-being and stress management.
This is a professional qualification. As a student, you must complete weekly activities and homework to graduate. Graduates can obtain professional insurance.
Our Mindfulness & Meditation Practitioner course helps you gain all the skills and qualifications necessary to develop a bespoke Meditation and Mindfulness practice.
Gain professional insurance after Certification. You can also register for full membership with The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), The International Energetic Healing Association (IEHA), and many other recognised holistic and complementary therapist associations.
COURSE CONTENT
THIS COURSE CONSISTS OF SEVEN (7) COMPREHENSIVE MODULES TAUGHT 100% ONLINE OVER 15 WEEKS WITH THE SUPPORT OF OUR TEAM OF EXPERIENCED MENTORS:
MODULES IN BRIEF:
TOTAL COURSE HOURS: 150h.
Module 1: In this module, we will examine the history of meditation & mindfulness. We will also explore the science behind this ancient art and how it can positively affect our well-being. You will learn about the difference between mindfulness and meditation and start exploring the many ways meditation and mindfulness can be added to our lives. We will also look at the science of stress and explore how meditation and mindfulness may help relieve the negative impacts of stress in our society.
Module 2: This module will look deeper into meditation as a healing tool. We will look at the current industry growth and trends and explore how we can utilise these trends in this fast-growing industry. We will also explore the many different meditation styles and how each style may benefit our clients and us. You will also start creating your own meditation scripts and learn how to develop your meditation voice.
Module 3: In this module, we will go deep into the art of Mindfulness for everyday living. You will learn about the benefits of mindfulness and the new science backing mindfulness practices. We will also explore the Mindfulness Framework and learn to use The SALT Method to diffuse negative thinking. You will also learn how to teach mindfulness to children and young people.
Module 4: In this module, we will guide you on creating your own meditation & mindfulness program from start to finish! We will also share our top marketing tips and tools to help you launch a successful Meditation & Mindfulness program!
Module 5: Holistic Coaching Skills Part 1 – In this module, you will learn about the three pillars of Holistic Coaching & Counselling: Listening Skills, Powerful Questioning & Holding Space. We will help you implement these tools on a deep level to help build rapport with your students and create transformational meditation & mindfulness programs.
Module 6: Did you know we have a brain in our hearts? In this module, we will explore the fascinating new science of our precious heart. We will investigate how our Heart Rate Variability (HRV) plays a role in our overall well-being and how, when we use practices to change our HRV, we help our bodies heal. We will also explore the science of Heart Coherence and learn about the power of connecting to NES (our non-emotional selves). We will also learn about The Circumplex Model of Emotion and explore emotional states.
Module 7: We will help you prepare for success in this final module! Learn practical business skills, and get tips on setting up your business and pricing your services. Through the module, we will also go deeper into marketing and give you our top tips to grow a booming practice!

ONLINE STUDY AND SUPPORT
This course is delivered 100% online via our student portal. Setting up your student account is super easy and quick! Associated audio and audio-visual components can be viewed or listened to via the student portal. You will also have access to recorded masterclasses and bonus content in our portal.
At ASHC, we offer high support. Join our regular support calls and masterclasses or contact your teacher via email or our dedicated app should you need extra help.
This is a professional course. Graduates are entitled to use the letters CMMT (ASHC) after their name, which stands for Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.
After graduating, you can choose to upgrade your qualification to our Practitioner of Holistic Counselling or our Certified Holistic Coach course if you wish.
