Kysa Imperial, RPm, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as an administrative professional, assessor, and student support at ASHC. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of San Carlos, Kysa has excelled in various capacities, from her tenure as Head of Brand, Marketing + Community for Rebeccah Statham to her role as a Recruitment Administrator for GOVA, Inc. Her dynamic skill set encompasses graphic and video editing, virtual assistance, recruitment administration, and HR sourcing. Noteworthy achievements, including Hero of the Day and GOVA Awards, underscore her dedication and impact in the field. With a proven track record of excellence, Kysa is poised to contribute significantly to the ASHC community.

AILAH BELEN
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT | MARKETING & ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
Ailah Belen serves as the Executive Assistant to Madelaine Vallin, Founder of the ASHC (Australian School of Holistic Counselling). With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baliuag University, Ailah brings a blend of administrative expertise and marketing finesse to her role.
Ailah adeptly manages administrative and marketing tasks, ensuring seamless operations and effective outreach for the ASHC. Her responsibilities encompass everything from ad chasing and calendar management to crafting captivating marketing materials using tools like Canva and Mailchimp.
Drawing from her diverse experience, Ailah demonstrates proficiency in data entry, email management, and event coordination—all contributing to the ASHC’s success under Madelaine Vallin’s stewardship.
With her dedication to organisational efficiency and growth, Ailah plays a pivotal role in supporting Madelaine’s vision for the ASHC, advancing holistic mental health initiatives and fostering innovation in the field.

NICOLE BOOTH

Nicole is a much-loved assessor and mentor here at ASHC. She loves nurturing our students and encouraging them to give their best. It’s no wonder our students love her! Besides her previous studies with ASHC, Nicole has also completed a Diploma in Counselling. She runs her Chair Yoga and meditation business in rural NSW. She volunteers to DCAF, providing Chair Yoga and meditation to support people living with dementia and their careers. Nicole is also a volunteer with Lifeline as a crisis supporter and has recently been nominated by The Neighbourhood Centre for Volunteer of the Year NSW 2020)

LEANNE SMITH

Leanne had 15 years of experience in Adult Social Care and the Community Welfare field, practising as a Social Worker in Australia and in England when she decided to embark on the journey to becoming a Holistic Counsellor/Life Coach.
Leanne is passionate about holistic healing and assists the team here at ASHC. Besides mentoring and caring for our students, she loves supporting and helping others to embark on their own healing journeys and achieve their goals in her own private practice.

DEBORAH FERRAREN

Deborah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and graduated Cum Laude. She had her internship at a public mental health facility doing outpatient assessments and in-patient case studies. Deborah is also a Holistic Counsellor, Meditation Teacher and a trained Art Therapy Assessor. She has a passion for art and creativity and loves supporting our students on their journey towards becoming Creative Arts Therapists.
Outside of work, she loves to travel, read self-help books and bake. We love having Deborah on our team supporting our students!
